Grilled Vegetables Seasoning
All you Need:
1 pouch of Grilled Vegetable Seasoning
160ml (⅔ cup) of olive oil
4 bell peppers, seeded and halved
2 zucchini, cut lengthwise into ½ inch slices
2 Portobello mushrooms
1 red onion, cut in half and then pulled apart
All you do:
Combine the Grilled Vegetable seasoning blend with olive oil, set aside 30ml (2 Tbsp.) of the oil & seasoning mix for later. Place the cut vegetables in a large bowl, pour the marinade over the vegetables and toss to coat well. Grill vegetables on medium/high heat for 4-5 minutes each side for a total of 8-10 minutes or to desired tenderness. Before serving toss with the remaining 30ml (2 Tbsp.) of reserved marinade.
Note: Mushrooms will absorb more seasoning which may result in a saltier taste.
