Refund policy

We want to ensure you are in love with all your purchases from Hampton Home Living. If you are not 100% happy with your item, we allow returns/exchanges to be made within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, and up to 14 days after purchase, a store credit will be issued.

The following conditions must be met for all items being brought back:

- Returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags on. Products must be in new condition with all original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and must be free from all pet hair, scents, including (but not limited to) body odor, perfumes, food and smoke. Shoes must have all the original packaging/box. 

- Merchandise must be accompanied by a physical receipt or digital receipt attached to your customer profile.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

- Items on sale for 30% Off or above

- Tropical Plants

- Undergarments

- Swimwear

- Earrings

- Hats

- Self Care products (Can be returned if unopened and unused)

- Gourmet Foods (Can be returned if unopened and unused)


Note:

- Hampton Home Living has the right to deny a refund if the item is not in the condition stated above.
