These products have been in the line for more than 15 years. This year we updated the labeling but the old-world mechanical top remains untouched. These oils have a low acidity that you come to expect from an extra virgin olive oil while possessing a light fruitiness that is suitable for layering on flavour. Naturally infused with no additives or preservatives.
