Lime & Cilantro Dip
What you Need:
Contents of pouch of Dip mix
1 cup (250ml) real mayonnaise
1 cup (250ml) sour cream OR yogurt
What to do:
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
Let the flavours blend for at least 15 minutes or for up to 2 hours for best results.
Serve with crusty bread, chips or a vegetable platter.
For a low-fat variation
Substitute sour cream, yogurt and mayonnaise with low fat varieties.
