• Siberian Fir - A tree that thrives in cold boreal climates, the Siberian fir is identified by its needlelike leaves, grey-green bark and cylindrical cones. Extracted through the leaves, its refreshing essential oil emits a lush, resinous scent that balances sweet and balsamic.

• Cedarwood - A species originally found in the mountains of North Africa, Lebanon and Cyprus and the Himalayas, sacred cedarwood was once used for making temples. Steam distilled from oil-rich heartwood, its essential oil has a sweet, resinous fragrance that, happily, also repels moths.

• Sandalwood - A native of India and, now, Australia, sandalwood is treasured for its fragrance, carving, medical and sacred benefits. It yields a calming, soothing oil whose bright, fresh edge perfumes with a striking wood base note.
