Bird Bath is a paprika-led Southern-style BBQ rub built for chicken, with brown sugar, garlic, onion, black pepper and warm harissa spice. Smoky, savoury and lightly sweet, it develops a deep red-orange crust with enough warmth to keep things interesting without turning into a heat rub. Gluten-free.
