Luxurious and full bodied. The garlic and heat mix with whisky-like caramel notes creating incredible depth of flavour. This pairs with rich ingredients like avocado, poached eggs, roasted vegetables, white pizza, charcuterie. Grilling, BBQ and hot wings are all wonderful places to use Beets and Tequila sauce.
This season I have committed to my favourite flavour to make it all that is can be. Thanks to KPU Farm school for providing us with gorgeous, organic beets. This is the best version we have ever been able to make. It truly can't be beat đź’ś
