Beer Blasted Jalapeno Jelly

Beer blasted Jalapeno jelly is made combining a local IPA beer with B.C. grown jalapeno peppers. It’s got a gentle heat and is great spread over some cream cheese on a cracker, in an adult PBJ sandwich or add use it to add zest to a grilled cheese.
