Rub the inside and the outside of a whole chicken and roast it on the BBQ. You’ll have the whole neighbourhood drooling.  Mix it into sour cream and mayo and you have a great sandwich spread or the beginnings of an easy potato salad, egg salad sandwich… the list is endless.
